Our acrylic patches are made of a premium material and require a much more extensive production process. Two layer acrylic patch hats start at $28 and are eligible for bulk discounts.

If you would like more than one patch on your hat, it will be an additional $3 per patch.

Your custom artwork/logo may require an artwork setup fee. This is a one time $10 fee to cover the time it takes to redesign your artwork/logo so it is formatted correctly for production. When you contact us to place your order we will discuss if this fee is necessary for your artwork/logo.
